Boxer Apparel Terms of Service
Absolutely NO returns, exchanges or refunds on any custom apparel. All in-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Customer is responsible for all Shipping Charges on any non-defective items returned or refused within 30 days of purchase. If product was damaged during shipping do not use and immediately return the product to Boxer Apparel for replacement. Purchasers, users and participants assume all risk of injury. All prices are subject to change without notice. Merchandise received back damaged or with missing components will not be eligible for refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping even when listed as free shipping with it's original packaging included and additional and sufficient packaging to protect the product in transit. Please contact us via email or by phone (see contact info below) before sending any items for return and explain in detail your reason for returning product.
Attention International Buyers:
First Class Mail International can take 2-6 weeks (no tracking available) Priority Mail International can take 1-4 weeks (tracking provided for all but flat rate parcels) and Express Mail International 5 days to 2 weeks (tracking available.) Please keep in mind that these are just estimates from the USPS and are not guaranteed. Boxer Apparel is not responsible for any delays or additional charges brought on by Customs for international buyers.
